How many installments will come out of my payroll check?
All uniform purchases will be deducted in four installments through payroll once an employee has recieved their order. The deductions will be itemized under "T-shirt Deduction" on their paystub.

Payments are deducted through payroll once you have picked up your items. The deduction will start on the earliest Wednesday from pick-up and reflected in that corresponding Friday check.

Neither cash nor card payments are accepted.

If employment ends before full payment is complete, the remaining balance will be deducted from the final paycheck.

It is encouraged that you pick up your uniforms, but in the event, you want a colleague to pick up your uniforms, your colleague will be asked to sign a form upon pick-up.
Can I try on the uniform pieces that I want to order?
OAHC is committed to ensuring that all team members are equipped with uniforms that provide both comfort and functionality. A well-fitting uniform supports confidence and allows you to perform your duties efficiently and without restriction.

You are welcome to visit the office and try on a range of sizes to find the option(s) that suits you best.

Any OAHC related apparel that has been acquired over time can be worn to represent the company. Please ensure such apparel fits comfortably and is not torn, bleach stained or discolored.
Uniforms must be worn in a clean, neat, and presentable manner while working.
Alterations to uniforms (logos, patches, modifications) are not permitted unless approved by management.
All DSPs must wear a visible article of the uniform on the outermost layer while working (in the homes, at the ATF and in the community). A hat does not count as the one required visible article. Failure to do so will result in disciplinary action. See Uniform Policy.
Administrative staff may wear business casual attire but are encouraged to wear OAHC apparel at events or meetings representing the company.
Policy Compliance
Failure to wear the appropriate uniform or misuse of the uniform program may result in verbal or written warnings and continued noncompliance may lead to suspension in accordance with Company policy.
Continued noncompliance may result in removal from your scheduled shift and loss of pay for that period, in accordance with Company policy.
